These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of zhandaurov.com and all programs,
communities, courses, coaching, events, and digital products provided by 2425 Consulting LLC
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these
Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Who we are

These Terms also cover our community membership, coaching programs, digital courses, events,

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are responsible for your account, password, and all activity under your account.
3. Payments and billing
• Prices are listed in USD.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for
purchases, subscriptions, and any agreed plans.
• You agree to keep your billing info accurate and up to date.
• We may use third-party processors and financing partners. Their terms also apply.
4. Membership: 24 25 CLEANERS Community
• Price: $9.99 per month.
• Billing: monthly auto-renew until you cancel.
• Refunds: you may request a refund only within 7 days of your first purchase of themembership. Renewals are not refundable.
• To cancel or request a first-purchase refund within 7 days, email 2425consulting@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate
partial months.
5. Advanced Course
• Price: $5,999+ one-time, depending on offer terms.
• All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no cancellations.
• Access is for the purchaser only. Do not share, resell, or distribute course materials.
6. Inner Circle
• Price: typically $25,000+ per year depending on offer terms.
• Payment may be in full, deposit plus balance, payment plan, or via approved third-party financing.
• After deposit and signed agreement, the full contracted amount is owed in full.
• No refunds. No cancellations. You are responsible for completing all payments as agreed.
• If using third-party financing, your agreement with that lender controls your payment
obligations.
7. Chargebacks and collections
You agree not to file chargebacks for services delivered under these Terms.
Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks will be contested. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, collections, and recovery of all amounts owed, plus reasonable costs, fees, and interest as
allowed by law.
8. No guarantees
We do not guarantee income, results, sales, profit, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, market conditions, team, and many factors outside our control. You acknowledge that 2425 Consulting LLC and Murat Zhandaurov are not responsible for your
outcomes.
9. Education only, not professional advice
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or HR advice. You should consult your own licensed professionals before making decisions.
10. Intellectual property
All content, course materials, videos, templates, SOPs, frameworks, text, graphics, and trademarks are our property or used with permission. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for your personal business use only.
You may not copy, share, upload, sell, post publicly, or create derivative works without our written consent.
11. Community rules
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, false claims, or illegal posts. We may remove content or suspend access for any violation without refund. You are responsible for what you post.
12. Testimonials and marketing
If you submit a testimonial, comment, review, or success story, you grant us permission to use it for marketing in any media, with your first name, last initial, business name, and image if you provided it. Tell us by email if you want it removed for future use.
13. Third-party tools and platforms
We use third-party apps and platforms for hosting, community, learning, payments, scheduling, email, and analytics. Your data may be processed by these providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data incidents at third parties.
14. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or discontinue features, content, and programs at any time. We may change prices for new purchases or renewals. If we change these Terms, we will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 2425 Consulting LLC, its owners, and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the event.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2425 Consulting LLC and its owners, officers, and team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You consent to this jurisdiction and venue.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
